We use HIA Plain English fixed price contracts and take care of all building and occupancy permits.
Regular and Timely Updates
Our client portal can be accessed 24/7 and is linked to our site managers project management software so you get live real time updates on tasks booked, completed, pictures, documents and much more....
Build and Construct
With independent building inspectors checking base preparation, steel placement, timber frame and final stage of construction, as well as third party quality inspection of slab stage and final stages of construction your home is in good hands.
Handover and Maintenance
As your new home nears completion, we ensure your satisfaction by addressing any items identified in our third party quality inspection as well as presenting the home to you for a detailed inspection.
We also offer a 180 days (6 months) maintenance period which is twice the industry standard.

Great build quality and service
I had a great experience with Escape Homes and the team. It was a very easy and smooth process. We had a couple of small issues at PCI which were rectified quickly and then an issue post handover with the oven but the maintenance team were all over it. All in all the quality and workmanship was fantastic and I would confidently build with them again after the experience myself and my wife have had. Thanks team!
